Arrive with a freshly cleansed face, free of makeup, sunscreen, and skincare products. Oils and creams can create a barrier that reduces the therapy’s effectiveness.
Drink plenty of water before and after your session to help skin cells absorb the benefits of LED therapy.
Refrain from using Retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and hydroquinone for at least 24 hours before treatment, as they can make your skin more sensitive to light.
Reduce sun exposure 24 hours prior to minimize skin sensitivity.
Do not apply self-tanner for at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Keep the skin well-hydrated with a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer.
Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen to protect the skin, as light therapy can make the skin more susceptible to UV damage.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure for at least 48 hours after treatment.
Refrain from using exfoliating acids, retinoids, or strong actives for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
For best results, follow a series of 2–3 sessions per week for optimal skin improvement.
