HYPOPIGMENTATION / WHITE OR DARK PIGMENTATION
Restore balance and confidence with our specialized Pigment Correction service designed to address areas of hypopigmentation (loss of color) or uneven dark pigmentation. Using advanced cosmetic tattooing and paramedical techniques, we carefully implant custom-blended pigments to seamlessly blend discolored or depigmented skin with the surrounding tone. This treatment is ideal for individuals with:
Hypopigmentation from scars, injuries, or skin conditions (e.g. vitiligo in stable stages)
Darkened areas caused by inflammation, burns, or post-acne pigmentation
White scars or stretch marks that stand out against your natural complexion
Each session is tailored to your unique skin tone and condition, with a focus on natural-looking results and skin-safe techniques. Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal blending and long-lasting outcomes.
Achieving beautifully blended, natural-looking results depends on proper healing and preparation. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure you are fully prepared for your appointment and follow the aftercare instructions for optimal, long-lasting outcomes.
-
Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, or chemical peels at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
Discontinue use of retinols, acids, or active skincare products in the treatment area for 5–7 days prior.
Hydrate well and moisturize the area daily leading up to your session (unless otherwise advised).
Let your artist know if you've had any recent skin treatments, laser sessions, or if you are taking any medications that may affect healing.
The treated area should not have open wounds, active breakouts, or irritation on the day of your appointment.
-
Keep the treated area clean and dry for the first 24 hours.
After 24 hours, gently cleanse with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser and pat dry. Apply the recommended aftercare balm lightly as instructed.
Avoid excessive sweating, swimming, hot tubs, and direct sun exposure for at least 7–10 days.
Do not pick or scratch any flaking or peeling skin—this can disrupt pigment retention.
Avoid exfoliating products, retinols, acids, or harsh skincare until fully healed.
-
Initial healing typically takes 7–14 days, though full results develop over 4–6 weeks as pigment settles and the skin regenerates.
A follow-up or touch-up session may be needed to perfect the results, especially in areas that are more resistant to pigment.
Results vary by skin type, location of the treatment, and individual healing response.
